UA Storm technology sheds rainfall and keeps you comfortably dry in damp environments, while ColdGear Infrared technology reflects your body heat back to you for a surprising amount of warmth. Under Armour added more insulation at the back and elbows for warmth where you want it most. There are holders on the sleeves for your calls, and the internal handwarmer holders add warmth when you're sitting for hours.
