    Basic warmth.

Now, investing in a season's pass has the capacity to be rendered moot when you try to ski on a cold, January day without a pair of warm baselayers. However, the Under Armour Women's Base 3.0 Leggings ensure not only that you get the most bang out of your buck, but you stay toasty-warm from first chair till last. Moreover, these midweight tights are the ideal base layer for skiing or snowshoeing in cool, crispy winter weather. The Base 3.0 fabric features a textured interior that traps heat more effectively than a mere knit, and it also helps wick moisture quickly and efficiently for complete comfort when you're working hard.

    • A midweight, insulating tight for skiing or hiking
    • Grid fabric is lightweight and wicks away moisture
    • Wide waist band assures comfort
    • 30-inch inseam

    Perfect Weight

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

these thermals are the perfect weight. I wear them underneath my scrubs on my way to work and stay warm. I do wish that they were high-waisted though

    Warm but loose

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are great, much warmer than my TNF fleece tights. But these keep sliding down. I got the smallest size (XS), but since there is no strings at the top they just slide down, especially when Im backpacking with a heavy pack.

    High quality base layer

I've only worn these once but they are the most comfortable base layer I have tried snowboarding in. They are warm but not to warm. I would recommend wearing them on an average day on the mountain. Not for spring riding and not for night boarding.

      So warm!

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: True to size

I bought these recently for long ice climbing sessions, since there's a lot of standing still while belaying and I needed something to keep me warm. They are awesome. I wore these with just a shell pant in 15 degree weather and never got cold. They do pull down in the back like the other review mentioned, but with all my other gear on I didn't even notice. I would buy another pair if I had the cash.

      UA Base 3 bought 2014

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Fit: True to size

I have an older pair of these I really like but the new ones are not the same. The rise is too short and I feel like they pull down in the back when I bend over. I wanted a pair like the old ones that came up to the waist suitable for vigorous activity. So I have to return them. True to size except the rise.

      Unanswered Question

I have the Base 2.0 Under Armour leggings and I'm wondering if these fit similarly. In the reviews several people mentioned how they're too low/slide down in the back. My 2.0s fit perfectly in that regard, so I'm wondering if anyone knows if the 3.0 has a lower waistband in comparison to the 2.0s. Thanks :)
