There's no need for any other baselayers.

With its do-everything-design, the Under Armour Men's Base 2.0 Crew provides moisture management and warmth across a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions. The four-way stretch polyester moves moisture away from your skin and dries quickly so you stay dry and subsequently warm throughout the day. Concerning comfort, the bulk-reducing raglan sleeves and flatlock seams ensure you'll stay chafe-free. Additionally, anti-odor technology keeps you from smelling like a high school gym bag so you can grab a cold one at the end of day with total confidence. And of course, you'll get the slim fit you've come to expect from Under Armour.

    • Form-fitting baselayer for demanding days on the mountain
    • Stretchy polyester fabric wicks away moisture
    • Anti-odor technology fights off the funk
    • Raglan sleeves enhances range of motion
    • Form-fitted design clings to your body for top performance

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

I used this for new year's eve in NY and it saved me from using multiple layers, actually quite a few times with just this and a shirt was enough, so it works as advertised!

    Perfect for the price

    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: L
    • Height: 6'2"
    • Weight: 200lbs

I use this as a baslayer and for running on the colder days. It is actually surprising breathable and almost as good as merino wool, but not quite.

    Great Baselayer

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: True to size

This does exactly what they advertise it to do and does it well even in cold and humid weather. The person I gave it to is an avid clay shooter and heads out with friends on early damp mornings and says it's the best baselayer he's used.

    Nothing But The Best Baselayer

I really like how Under Armour has changed the cold gear world with the baselayers. I love all the cold gear has to offer. I own alot of the UA 2.0 it makes working out side more warmer and comfortable without having to overlayering with the whole closet.

    My friend says its AWESOME

I bought this as a gift to my friend who got into snowboarding recently. When we went boarding, he said it was quite comfortable and warm.

    LOVE These!

I don't have the newest version, mine are a few years ago, and I bought them on sale locally at a ski shop here in Salt Lake. They're my only upper body base layers, and I've used them for everything from resort and backcountry skiing, to trekking Kilimanjaro. A lot of times, I'll only have this layer on along with my Arc'teryx shell, and it's perfect.

The only thing I've noticed, and I think this is ME, not Under Armor, is they stink quick. My sister was not thrilled sharing a tent with me on Kilimanjaro. Again, I think it is more a me thing, than a manufacturer thing.

I plan on buying more of these. Many more. I love them. Buy them, you'll be happy you did.

    LOVE These!

The 2.0 base-layer has impressed me time and again. It's mesh/fleece design is hyper efficient for dumping heat on tours or lifts. They dry out quickly, keep me toasty warm, and breathe like nothing i've owned before. I use the top, and bottom every single day out here in big sky montana. The top is long enough to tuck into the bottoms, and stays there pretty well. When exposed to the outside air all the heat scurries right out of these guys, but cover them up, or close a pit zip and they are so amazingly warm. I swear by the UA 2.0 now. After wearing my first set of 2.0 gear for a week or so I ordered the mock neck with the 1/4 zip (by far my favorite base layer now). I have a tough time taking these things off to wash because they're so nice and warm! Consequently i have found that it takes about 10 hard riding days to stink them out!haha

This is a high quality shirt that is great if you are wanting a warmer base layer. Very breathable and moisture wicking. Great if you are working up a sweat in freezing weather.
