    Giving left-handed fishermen some love.

Umpqua designed the Ambi-Sling ZS to fit over left or right shoulders comfortably, and it holds enough fishing gear for a full day's adventure. Its main compartment holds four large fly boxes, and there are external mesh pockets for tons of tippets. Umpqua's Zero Sweep foam gives convenient storage for nipper pots, tools, and various flies. There are also easy-to-access pockets for water bottles and layers.

    Great bag

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I got this bag because it was the only one i could find that would allow me to put it over my left shoulder. This bag is so awesome though. Plenty of storage and very comfortable to wear. I wish it had a flip down tool pocket like the Patagonia Stealth atom though.

    Best pack I've used

Between my boyfriend and I we've probably tried around 15 different Simms, fishpond and Patagonia bags and he says this is his favorite pack and the best one he's used so far. Unfortunately it wasn't the right fit for me, it's too big and can't adjust the strap to make it fit any tighter.

-Nicely padded strap can be easily adjusted to wear over right or left shoulder
-tool sheath and nipper/accessory port on strap for quick access
-tons of pockets and access to them on either side
-18L, large enough storage for all day trips

-Zero sweep, so you don't get tangled in
      your fly line
-Comfortable enough to wear all day
-mesh back help keeps your back stay cool

      -Doesn't have a waterproof pocket
-Not a good fit for small framed people

Overall I would recommend this pack to anyone who is looking for something large enough to fit lunch, several fly boxes, all the necessary accessories, a small extra layer and a rain jacket.

Any pictures of the inside? I can't seem to find much online, but it looks like a nice pack. I'd like the sling over my left shoulder (which this can obviously do), and I'm built like a tank so a larger strap sounds perfect. what's the organization like on the inside? Just a wide open space or are there some cubbies/pockets or something similar inside the large pocket itself? thanks!!!!!
