    Stability built for rugged trails.

Great for road runs and trail races with intermittent aid stations, UltrAspire's Synaptic Lumbar Pack offers the utmost stability for a bounce-free ride. It includes an UltraFlask Bottle that stays secure in the angled holster for easy right-handed access. The front pocket is large enough for running gloves and the biggest smartphones, and there are stow straps for layers or trekking poles. Dual-side adjustments center the Synaptic's holster at your back and the pocket at your front for a precise fit. This lumbar pack is also compatible with UltrAspire's Lumen 600 light.

I give this three stars mainly because the look of this is dated - but for the price and practicality it fit the bill. It's super lightweight and the pocket has a lot of capacity. I fit a food pouch, keys my iPhone 6 (probably wouldn't fit a plus) and my ID holder. The water bottle that comes with it was pretty smelly at first but one washing and some lemon water on the first use took care of that. It doesn't adjust that easily and to get it on you either have to fiddle with the strap or slide it all the way down making you look pretty funny in the mean time. I really don't like having anything on me during a run, but this didn't bother me that much once I found the right spot to keep it during a race.
