How to Measure:

For best results, take measurements over your underwear.

Waist:

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Hip:

Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.

NOTE: For Ultracor's women's leggings, Ultracor recommends measuring both your waist and hip. Due to the compressive material used for their leggings, they suggest that you choose the larger size if you are in-between sizes.
