-If you are between sizes, you can either size down to achieve a snug, racing fit or you can size up for a slightly more spacious, comfortable fit.
-In order to accomodate a broad chest and shoulders, you may want to select one size bigger than recommended.
-If you have a long torso, add 2 inches to your actual height. For a short torso, subtract 2 inches from your actual height.
-If women cannot locate their dimensions on the women's sizing chart, they can utilize the men's sizing chart and select a men's wetsuit for the best fit.

Good suit!

Height: 5` 5"
Weight: 110 lbs

I bought this for an upcoming tri, and so far it's working great. Agree with the other review that the sleeves do cover the shoulder a bit, but I didn't even notice in the water. It's super buoyant. Trim your fingernails or use the gloves that come with it to get it on the first few times - I definitely put a snag or two in it the first time I put it on (without the gloves).

Fit seems true to size. I didn't like the shoulders. The fabric covers the shoulder almost like a cap sleeve and it felt like I was carrying the weight of it with each rotation of my shoulder.
