-If you are between sizes, you can either size down to achieve a snug, racing fit or you can size up for a slightly more spacious, comfortable fit.
-In order to accomodate a broad chest and shoulders, you may want to select one size bigger than recommended.
-If you have a long torso, add 2 inches to your actual height. For a short torso, subtract 2 inches from your actual height.
-If women cannot locate their dimensions on the women's sizing chart, they can utilize the men's sizing chart and select a men's wetsuit for the best fit.

Very techy, ready for a tri.

Got this for a friend who just started on triathlons. She's petite so it didn't quite fit her. She felt it was a bit heavy for her as well. Looked super high quality and might become a good pick when she gets to a better level. Make sure to check the size chart because a good fit is a must.
