    Winter is waiting.

Setting your kid up with a pair of Tubbs’ Storm Snowshoes is a great way for him or her to experience the snow-covered mountains. The 19-inch aluminum frame is durable and large enough to support munchkins weighing up to 90 pounds. The tapered design helps keep junior from tripping (it’s a challenge to adjust to walking on snow). The QuickLock binding is easy for your kid to operate, so you can encourage independence as your adventurer learns to appreciate walking through winter landscapes. These snowshoes work well on flat or rolling terrain, and the crampons add some extra bite when your favorite trail turns icy weeks after the last snow storm.

    • Kid-specific snowshoes for exploring snowy mountains
    • Durable aluminum frame supports kids up to 90 pounds
    • Composite deck saves weight to help keep legs fresh
    • QuickLock binding system is easy for small hands to use
    • Integrated crampons provide extra traction on ice
    • Item #TUB0060

    nearly perfect kids snowshoe

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

these kids' snowshoes are pretty sweet, and seem like the real deal! my only complaint is the single over-toe buckle on the binding... first of all, i think 2 buckles are totally doable for kids at this size point, and that would make way more sense from a design and fit standpoint... and if it's going to be a single buckle, i'd rather see it be a nylon webbing single buckle split to 2 anchor points. secondly, my 6 year old daughter's sorels already have that single buckle nearly maxed out, so next year she will likely *have* to snowshoe in waterproof hiking boots; i prefer to snowshoe in hiking boots with snow gaiters myself, but it's certainly nice to have the option for sorels. all that said, they still seem to be the best snowshoe currently available for our size/needs.

These snow shoes are pretty awesome! I got them as a gift for my niece and she just loves them! They are well made and super cute to top it! Perfect for the relaxing snowshoe trip.
