Snap, crackle, pop

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I received this today and tried it immediately. I've been wanting to crack my upper back and wasn't managing to do it with a cylindrical foam roller. Lay down, rolled on this ball roller, two loud pops, aaah, relief. Yes, it works. And since a chiropractor visit costs $20 it already paid for itself. My neck is going to appreciate a daily dose of this. The balls are much bigger than tennis balls, but the roller is still lightweight and packable for sporting events. The channel is configured just right for spine, neck, hamstrings, etc. I searched for How To Use: SKLZ Universal Massage Roller and found a good video with instructions for various body parts, including rotator cuffs. If this thing is, as I suspect, truly universal I'll be throwing out all the other rollers I've accumulated and don't use. I recommend saving closet space and trying this one.

Wow

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

All I can say is, "Wow!" This thing is incredible. I can successfully massage essentially my whole body with it. I've mainly been using the Trigger Point Universal Massage Roller for my neck all the way down my spine to my sacrum, taking a bit of time in each spot to even things out.

Get this ASAP!

My husband brought this home for me as I struggle with neck, shoulder, trap pain from tight muscles and low back pain. This has truly been a blessing as it gets deep to the problem areas. I can use it by myself. It has released so much tension after just one use. Amd the shape of this thing is genius!! Its designed to work anywhere. Great buy!

Too hard, not enough give

Recently purchased. Afterwards, I read the review on here where the potential customer asked if this particular roller was soft (spongy) or hard. The customer care person responded back with "It's on the firm side". They should've just said "Yes, it's extremely hard" lol. This roller might as well be made of wood. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't so dang hard. I realize it needs to be for deep tissue massage therapy (as posted), but wow...if it had a LITTLE more give than this it would feel more like a pleasant massage experience rather than a bread roller beating.

Portable size, and firmness!

I have weekly chiropractor visits but I felt like I needed something more focused on spot treatment for recovery. Found this today and I love it! It’s firm and applies just the right amount of pressure. I immediately felt relief. Just wished there was how-to videos specifically for this roller.
