Compact, comfortable, and camp-worthy.

The TravelChair Larry Chair comes with a lightweight carry case so you can take it (and some snacks or an extra layer as well) to campsites, outdoor concerts, soccer sidelines, or the beach without a hassle. The locking hinge adds a surprising amount of back support to this super-lightweight chair, and it prevents the chair from folding up while you're sitting in it. Nylon mesh keeps your back cool and sweat-free on hot days, and the whole chair folds down compactly for easy transportation.

Love for Larry (and some advice).

I've put it through the wringer

We've been together for 2 years now. Larry loves me. He rides along on my Diablo Chupacabra on rivers and lakes. But, Larry has got to lose some weight if he's going to do more than ride along on the kayak. He makes a 5+ hour day on the water enjoyable--but he's not much for conversation. Other kayakers with their seats envy how high Larry raises me off the deck of my kayak, making standing up to fly fish easy. He dries off quickly--that's a plus, who likes a wet Larry? I like Larry's backrest because I can hang things off of it and wrapping my PFD around it keeps it out of the way, yet accessible. It's easy to fold down Larry's backrest to access a cooler, another big plus. Larry is one of my best purchases.

Nice Chair

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bought this for my Diablo kayak. Seems pretty durable and stable. Fit nicely on it. Wish it would come with something to hook it on the kayaks anchor points since it is advertised for their kayaks but nothing a little homemade magic can't solve. Not the lightest chair ever but it's not like I'll be packing it up any mountains.

Oh Larry, what happened?

I returned this product before using it

You were mine for a few wonderful years, until you got up and left me at an outdoor concert (ok, so maybe I got up and left and you weren't there when I got back). I tried to replace you with a new Larry Chair, but alas, you've gained weight! You're no longer the super-lightweight, easy to tote Larry I once knew! Granted, you're a lot sturdier and maybe even more comfortable than the old you, but I guess I'm just into superficial things like that nice tote bag you used to come dressed in with the handy shoulder strap. Sorry, but you're no longer the chair for me.

When I need a seat, Larry is there!!

I've put it through the wringer

I bought Larry for my Diablo Adios, Cooter Brown. When I am not using my hybrid kayak as a stand up paddle board, Larry is fast, easy and semi comfortable. He is a great addition to Cooter Brown and sets up fast, without any smack!! Larry also likes to come ashore with me and hang out on the beach!! He helps keep me comfortable and off the ground!! I did, however end up buying a gel cushion for long padling days. Larry is only comfortable for so long but I wouldn't trade him for the world!! I recommend Larry, but not my Larry. You'll have to get your own!! #backcountrycom

Hi, do you think this would work for a regular SUP? I have a fairly large one, over 10 feet, thanks!

How much weight will this chair hold ?

I'm 250 and use my Larry chair on my Diablo Adios Kayak. Highly recommend both!!!

Is there a specific order in which one...
