BallNutz

Trango reached into an old-school climber's closet to give you the highly versatile and inexpensive Ballnutz. These sliding ball-and-ramp pieces lie between active and passive protections, and they fit in places that cams and stoppers can't, like parallel cracks and thin fissures. With more placement options than a nut and a smaller price tag than any spring-loaded camming device, you simply can't go wrong with the Ballnutz.

Wooooo!

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bought these with one climb in mind. Northcutt start on the Bastille in Eldo! Excited to see where these can go! A big thanks to Backcountry and Trango.

Bomber

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I bought these for my aid rack a few years back. I was so impressed with them that they quickly found a place on my trad rack as well. They're light, protect micro seams, and have an impressive KN rating for their size. You won't be disappointed. You'll most likely wonder why you haven't picked them up sooner.
