I have a wide foot and have been running MNT Racer for the past couple of years, open toe box design frees up the little piggies for short and long distance runs and the Vibram sole is clutch after a soaker or when the humidity is so high even the granite is sweating.

Always wore Salomon and thought I would try a different brand. Comparing to Sense Ride 3 the toe box real estate is enormous. I always thought I had a medium to wider foot as the Salomon Sense Pro's were to skinny. I will not knock the shoe for being designed for wider feet, they are just to wide for my feet. While trying on and walking around the house the shoe felt plush, stable and high quality but the ball of my foot would move around way to much and could not keep them.
