Why We Like The Vivid V2 Mono Snow Suit

Whether you're tearing up the mountain on your snowboard or your snowmobile, you're gonna want the Tobe Vivid Mono Suit in your corner. This rugged one-piece snowsuit features 45,000mm of waterproof protection from head to toe, keeping you dry no matter how deep the snow you're falling into gets, and every seam is fully sealed so there's no avenue for moisture to sneak in. Tobe even equipped the suit with a kill switch D-ring, so you can attach a lanyard to your snowmobile's engine in case you and your rig part ways unexpectedly.

Best snow suit ever.

Vivid V2 Mono suit fits just like I want. Good length and plenty room around my waist, chest and shoulders. I ordered Medium I am 5' 8" and 175lbs. I use this for snowboarding and I like the extra room to add layers and crash pad. Highly recommend this suit for comfort and water proofing at 45Kmm. :)

I upgraded from an Airblaster Beast suit (also a fine suit) to the Tobe Vivid. Airblaster makes a decent product but I'm rugged and at 5'7" 175 lbs. the sizing on the Airblaster was just a bit wonky. If the Airblaster had either a belt or internal suspender system I could have pulled it off and would have made it work for a few more seasons. Fortunately, the Tobe has the suspender system and a slew of other really well thought out features that just make life on the mountain simpler. If you're a stocky fella, the suit fits extremely well, probably because they also cater to snowmobile athletes. I went with the medium and still have enough room to layer without feeling any restrictions to my mobility. It is hands down the most over-built article clothing I have ever owned. At this point, I've worn the Vivid in all kinds of conditions, from waist deep Utah pow to east coast ice and it had performed beyond my expectations. As an aside, if you go to the Tobe site, they have a limited new color (or pattern) this season called "Flanker," which looks absolutely amazing. Get this suit, you will not be disappointed.
