Because firewood belongs outside for some reason.

Trips to snowy cabins are fun until the cabin gets cold because the firewood got wet from the snow; lucky for you, the Toad & Co Women's Aleutia Crew Sweater keeps you toasty while everyone blow-dries the fireplace. Toad & Co made this sweater out of non-mulesed lambswool in a soft jersey knit stitch with après patterning for wintry fashion.

    • Lambswool sweater warms you up in chilly ski cabins
    • Jersey knit stitching with jacquard patterning at front
    • Ribbed hem, cuffs, and open crew
    • Item #HOR00B3

    Great Lightweight Sweater

This is a great sweater with a cute, simple design. It is lightweight but quite warm. It’s not scratchy like some wool sweaters can be. It is hand wash only, so be advised of that. The fit is typical and true to size.

      Perfect fit

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Xs
      • Height: 5'1"
      • Weight: 105lbs

This sweater is warm and lightweight. Cute enough that it can be worn as street clothes and not just for work (I work on traditionally rigged ships so it's a fairly tough and dirty environment for gear, lots of tar, paint, grease etc.) I can wear a layer underneath and it's thin and flexible enough to wear another sweater over it if I have to. I'm not sure if it would hold up to the constant chafe of climbing and carrying things on my back all the time but as a base layer it's ideal.
