Price has gone up. Quality has gone down.
For Christmas, I asked for a pair of wheat Timberlands. The left boot of the pair I received had a dimple in the side. It did not look good when viewing them in the mirror. I returned them to a Timberland store where the associates and I had to go through several pair to find one that didn't have the same divot in the side of the left boot. I noticed, almost all of the pairs made in Bangladesh had this imperfection. I found a pair that didn't appear to show the dimple on the outside but on the inside, you could feel it with your finger. I took them home, tried them on in front of my mirror and the left boot started to make my pinky toe, where the imperfection was located, start hurting. I went back to the Timberland location and looked through several more pairs to find one that would be suitable. Finally, a pair made in Vietnam was found. They looked far better than those made in Bangladesh but once I got them home and tried them on in front of my mirror, the insoles started loudly flapping against my feet with every step, like flip-flops. I figured, maybe its that particular store. So... I tried another Timberland store. Every pair they had was worse that the last. They didn't look as good as the pair I had brought to return and every single pair sounded like flip-flops. Both the associate and I shrugged. He said, "That's a big problem with quality assurance". That, my friend, was a huge understatement. I've purchased these boots for decades and never once had any of these issues. Quality has drastically declined while that price has gone up.

Can't go wrong with a classic!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually wear 12.5 but Timberland 12s fit perfectly. Comfortable and stylish for sure. Like I stated, definitely tears shoelaces after a while. Maybe it's just me and how I wear them.

I have and will purchase again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a very good boot that will last years if properly taken care of. The only bad thing is on one pair the part that the lace comes through wore the lace causing in to break repetitively. They are very comfortable and stay dry!
