I'm so disappointed with their customer service

I'm so disappointed with Timberland I've been so many years. I ordered this package for me and my children around Christmas time. My package was stolen. I've been fighting and going back and forth with Timberland in my bank for about 3 months now. Never received my items and go my money back. Its really sad.

My son is a huge fan of your boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a pair of your timberland boots for my son because he loves your boot plus he kept borrowing my grandsons. Ironically they wear the same size. He wants the whole ensemble and maybe that will be his Christmas present.

I am so glad I finally got these in Black! I love the fresh black nappa leather with black soles. The boots are comfortable, stylish, durable and waterproof. I actually wore them the first day out of the box when I went to Disney on a rainy day, and I was so surprised after walking 8+ hours wearing these boots there was no issues, no blisters and no sore spots-these boots were so comfortable! The Junior Kids size 5.5 fit me fine, I am an adult who usually wears a Ladies size 7. The kids sizes seem less narrow then the ladies sizes, and the kids sizes usually save me $$, so what's not to love!

My kids love these. A great boot for in between seasons of mud and rain. I?ve found that they run about a half size big.

Get premium!!!

My favorite work boots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear these boots as a gardener and landscaper and love them. I wear them until they disintegrate and I'm on a brand new pair now, breaking them in for the Spring. My last pair survived four growing seasons of hard work, plus hikes, walks, etc. They're great boots! I wear a Ladies Size 6 and I purchase a Boys/Youth size 4.5 in these. They're no nonsense work boots.
