Frequent Flyer thumbs-up

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I got this for my husband, who travels every week and needs a tough, functional bag. When this first arrived I wasn't sure he would like it, it seemed kid of fiddly with all the zippers and such. However, he likes it! Plusses are: the solid plastic back, wheels, organization (the top part is actually divided into two compartments, with a little room besides), and the overall look -- you don't see too many Thule bags on the baggage claim carousel, so the logo and the nice blue color stand out from the crowd. The only minus as far as he's concerned is the 4 compression straps -- you can't ignore them, and you have to open each one to access the bag (fiddly). Also, he doesn't think he'd ever zip off the top to just use the bottom as a carry-on -- space is pretty limited that way (to the point of barely being worth it), and you can still carry it on if you don't pack the top too full and then just cinch it down.

Thule is killing it with their bags!!

Just set myself us with an entire thule set! Thug's bags are super durable. Nice wheels, strong structure, durable pull handles. This bag can be used big or small and it comes in handy!!! My go to travel bag. I searched all over to find the best bag on the market for travel and this is it! Got the big one, the smaller version, and the duffles.
