Thule's urban explorer for your pride and joy.

It's possible that the Thule Chariot Chinook 1 Stroller is more luxurious than your car, making it the perfect choice for your tot whether you're jogging over ever-changing terrain or simply strolling across a park. This all-terrain child carrier is right at home in the city as well as the beach or the woods, with its adjustable suspension that provides a smooth ride regardless of the terrain it's rolling on. The handlebar is also adjustable in order to accommodate shorter moms and taller dads, or anywhere in-between. The front wheel can pivot a full 360 degrees in order to help you wind through crowded areas, or it can lock in place at any angle so you can jog comfortably or stop the stroller from moving around when you have to let go.

Inside the Chinook 1, there's an enlarged chassis to accommodate your ever-growing youngster, and a reclining seat for more comfortable napping. The five-point harness with fleece straps holds you child securely in place, and the anodized aluminum roll cage adds safety in the unlikely event of a rollover. For the safety and comfort of tiny travelers, an infant car seat adapter and extra head support come included. The full side windows have mesh to provide airflow on a warm summer's jog, or you can attach the weather cover when it's drizzling. The sunshade on the top adds protection from sunburn when it's high noon.

The rear storage is perfect for baby bottles and energy bars. When you're done running, utilize the ezFold to quickly and simply compact this stroller down to minimize storage in your garage; the 20in tires also come off for easy storage. For maximum versatility, you can remove the front wheel and attach either the Thule Bicycle Kit or Cross-Country Skiing and Hiking kit (sold separately) to the chassis. Both the VersaWing and ezClick systems let you change each kit out simply and quickly, and the Click n' Store stows a kit so you can change them when you're on the go. Thule also included an integrated accessory cross bar to which you can clip a cargo bag for more storage space.

Amazing stroller with a lot of function. Has kept our kids dry in multiple mid-atlantic downpours, even without the rain cover. It rolls and maneuvers very well. It's of course big but compacts down to fit in the back a SUV (we have to take the wheels off so it fits widthwise). We use the bike attachment all the time but have not tried or bought the other attachments. We had the Cougar before we had two kids but it did not fold up as small surprisingly or fit in the back of our SUV. The top baby attachment was nice too when our youngest was small, though we only used it a handful of times this way because it blocks a lot of visibility in front of you. Would buy again even though it was expensive... will have for years.

Agree with other reviewer that brakes should have been an option. It's heavy on a long downhill! The plastic cover and screen could be easier to use, but they work great, and only takes seconds adjust .
