These socks are the worst. I regret buying them especially since they are so expensive. The app that connects to the socks doesn't work at all. But that doesn't matter much since there are very easy to use without the app. The bigger problem is how uncomfortable they are. First. They bulge and it's impossible not to have clumps of extra frabic in your boot (not ideal). But worse, no matter how I wear them, I get extraordinary pain in the bottom of my foot. It feels like a wire is cutting through me. After a few runs I can barely walk. They solve my cold toes issue but have created a way worse one. If you're looking for a heated boot solution I'd go with another brand or a heated liner
