Great pad!

This pad is really comfortable. Perfect for cold weather! The only negative aspect was putting it away. It seems that the bag is a bit too small for it to fit back after use.

I have owned a Pro-Lite Plus for about 5 years and it goes on every camping and bike packing trip . There are lighter and " Loftier " ( aka thicker ) pads out there but this one is rugged and has better insulation R value than the lighter and thicker pads. Plus it is just darned rugged. I use it as a seat on the ground up against trees and of course to sleep on and i also pack it tight so it takes up as small a space on the bike as possible. All this and it does not lose any air. I often look at the "Loftier" models out there but I cannot justify changing when I have a perfectly good pad. If your worried about whether a pad can stand up to tough use, or if you plan on camping in cold climates then I would seriously consider this bag.
