From first snowfall to spring corn.

From warming the legs up on opening day at the resort to milking the last of the spring slush after the lifts stop turning, stay warm and comfortable throughout the entire ski season in The North Face Women's Clementine Triclimate Jacket. It pairs a waterproof, breathable shell with insulated liner jacket to keep you prepared for just about any conditions you'll face throughout fall, winter, and spring on the slopes.

A DryVent two-layer shell is waterproof and keeps you dry through snowstorms and slushy conditions alike while offering underarm vents for the breathability needed to keep you from overheating during leg-burning runs. When the skies open up giving the mountain the gift of fresh snow, snap on the powder skirt with gripper elastic and stay dry run after run. The North Face then added a low-profile liner jacket stuffed with Heatseeker insulation for blizzard-busting warmth. Zip the liner into the shell for complete protection on frigid pow days, rock just the shell on sunny spring days, or wear the liner as a standalone piece when you head into town for dinner after a long day on the slopes.

    • 3-in-1 jacket that performs throughout the whole ski season
    • 2 layer DryVent shell is both waterproof and breathable
    • Helmet-compatible hood provides added protection from elements
    • Underarm vents prevent overheating on difficult runs
    • Snap-away powder skirt available as an option on deep days
    • Inner jacket has Heatseeker insulation for warmth in cold conditions

    LOOOVE IT

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'6"
    • Weight: 130lbs

Went skiing with my sis, and she wore it out on our adventure.
She did play in the snow a lot and it kept her warm and dry.
It gave her enough room to also layer as well.
She didnt notice that it was a 3 in 1 and she was sooo stoked to take out the inner jacket and wear it around after skiing.
    Overall great jacket
However, she did wish there were more inner pockets.

I demoed this jacket quite a bit, but didn't get a photo of me in it, for some reason. Oh wait, I did find a photo from a video I was making. It's not a good one, but I will post it anyway.

I found this insulated jacket really handy on the cold days. The warmth was just about right. I run a bit hot, so this would be more for the single digits days for me. But, i liked that I could unzip the insulated layer on the inside, to let out some heat, when I got too hot.

The only issue I had, and not sure that it's even an issue, was that cold air would good right the zipper, because it the zipper lapel doesn't go all the way down. This could bother some I guess, but the jacket is clearly also doubling as a stand alone shell, so a cover over the zipper, wouldn't make sense.

I am a schemdium. With this jacket, I would say I was definitely a medium. If you want a bigger ski jacket look and fit, then you should be able to size up. Otherwise, follow the size chart and go with that.

    Great Jacket!

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: True to size

True to size, if you want to more room for layers it might be best to get a size bigger than you might need. It is warm on its own and it has 3 layers to it that are removable.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin, as she is new to Utah and needed a good winter jacket. The fit was perfect, she loved the print, and said its been keeping her warm. As with most North Face product, the quality seems great and I imagine she will enjoy this jacket for years to come!
