NOT a warm winter coat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lavender color and it is a very stylish coat but it is not warm. There's absolutely no way I could send my daughter to school in this coat because it simply would not be warm enough for outdoor recess (midwest climate). If you need a light winter jacket that your child could keep on when riding in a car seat, this would be perfect! However, this did not meet our needs and it had to be returned. Very disappointed that I couldn't find something else at The North Face that was warm, waterproof and came in a fun pink or purple color.

Another win for North Face!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thee perfect school coat for my Kindergartener! My daughter is very active and dislikes heavy/bulky coats. This jacket is lightweight yet warm enough for recess time in the winter! We live in Missouri where it's recently 25 degrees in the morning and 65 degrees in the evenings. Super easy for a child to quickly stuff in their backpacks if needed. Also love that the pockets have zippers for her to secure her gloves. Overall great purchase!

Perfect
