The North Face engineered its Terra 65 Backpack with the easy-to-use Optifit suspension system to give you a fully adjustable fit before you hit the trail for a weekend. The back panel, hip belt, and shoulder harness have a good amount of padding to give you a more cushioned ride on the trail. The North Face lined the hip belt with mesh and integrated vertical channels within the back panel to provide all the breathability you need in warmer weather.

Can't wait for my next adventure with this pack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pack! It's got more than enough room for my gear. The material is of great quality and I really enjoy the colors. I was completely comfortable on my first nearly ten mile out and back backpacking trip that I just recently took.

Upgrade in features. Would recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy. Love the storage. Especially, the new pockets around the waist band where I can keep my phone/camera for easy access. The bucket pockets on the side for water bottles is big and versatile. I had the an older Terra model and this is definitely an upgrade with all the new features.

So far, so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't taken this bag out on a multi-day trip yet but I've played around with sizing and fitting and it seems to be a solid bag! Can't wait to take it out for the real deal!

Literally survived war.

Bought this for my husband to carry all his gear to Ukraine. It survived plenty of abuse, held up well, the COLOR was PERFECT (he didn't want a bright camping bag & also wanted to avoid using any military-style/molle bags). It held a LOT and was easy to access gear, as needed. Would definitely buy again.

I strapped a 45ln plate to this thing
I was used to the military rucks so I was a bit worried this thing would be able to endure the punishment. It did I have to bit pick and wish it came with a guide on how to adjust things or a video but after fukin, with it, I figure it out. Also, i wished the straps were a bit long the clipping straps on the side, not the shoulder straps. but it's really good looking a wish it was a bit bigger with a chance to attach pouches to the side. external pouches but with the prices and quality you can not complain it's too good. I put some lum tape on the buckles so I can easily see what I am doing at night. the whistle is my favorite feature. most of the buckles are the same size meaning you can cross-buckle most of them. That's how I was able to strap the 45lb plate on my back. I was so worried was going to bend the frame. what type of metal it is idk but it held up for a short walk. I felt nimble. I could run wit this will update after some wear.

Bulletproof.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this pack since 2009 and was still in perfect condition. No tears, zippers worked perfectly. Unfortunately had a bottle of 100% deet explode on a rafting expedition on the Lower Deschutes that melted it. Bought the same one again!

Definitely can handle a thousand miles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great backpack! The Terra 65 easily and comfortably handled the entire Appalachian Trail (2,193.1 Miles). There are a ton of features including side pockets to access your water bottles as well as bottom straps that can hold your sleeping mat. Overall, it comfortably handled the weight and was extremely durable. I've been using the Terra 65 since 2012 and will continue to do so for years to come!
