Pretty Decent

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've used this tent in about 8 different rainstorms so far, has never let water in. Storms Ranged from torrential thunderstorm to all night soaker. No water incursion through the fly or lower tent. Breathes well too. Very little condensation inside. Light and compact. Stable in high winds. Only downside: The vestibules are too small to really put anything in. And too small and low to use a stove in. Not sure what these two tiny vestibules actually get you. Would be better (and same weight) to have a single big one. Overall, great tent.

Easy Setup - Spacious

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This tent is very easy to set up and worked great when it began to rain on our trip. The 3 person tent was able to fit a queen size air mattress very easily. The tent also broke down and goes back into the bag that it came in very easily, which I was shocked. Overall; this tent takes the frustration that I used to have with tents out of it. Spacious, easy to set up and break down, waterproof, and even fits back into the bag! The tent even has a lifetime warranty. For those wondering about a footprint; I picked up a 5.9 x 7.2 OUTRY Multi Purpose Tarp w/ ground stakes from amazon for 16 bucks instead of North Face's $40.00 one and it worked great.
