Walk through winter with ease.
Not all winter boots have to be impracticably clunky. The North Face designed the Shellista III Tall Boot with a women-specific winter-proofed leather for reliable support through the snowy season. The tall shaft hugs your calf snug and keeps you warm with PrimaLoft Silver Eco insulation so you can run your errands and watch your kids sled without worrying about how cold your toes are. The Winter Grip outsole gives you protection from snow banks and icy sidewalks on those early morning walks and the IcePick temperature-sensitive rubber lugs increases traction in case you need to run up the sledding hill when your kiddo needs a push.

- Q & A
The boot is nice but for me it was hard to get on and off because I have arthritis. I have to return unfortunately.
Very happy with the find
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I got these for my niece for her bday after my sis in law was unimpressed with her last purchase of an offbrand at walmart that soaked through and cracked after just a couple uses last season. I know that you have to put in a little extra money but these are well worth it. They are comfortable, cute and keep you warm and dry. My sis in law last season spent twice as much having to replace the cheap boots again and again so now my niece gets these fantastic ones right from the get go and will be good all season long.
Comfort and warmth
These shoe's are very comfortable and have good ankle support. I had no issues rotating my feet and waking in them seems to be comfortable.
With that being said, I HAVE NOT WORN THESE OUTSIDE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME so I can't give much input into how they wear over time/distance.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I think they are a decent boot - they just don’t keep my feet warm. Regret buying them - need something warmer.
These boots are super fashionable and fit perfectly. They even feel like they have a bit of room for an extra pair of socks which will come in handy for those bitter cold days!

I got these boots for my sister for Christmas and right out of the box she loved them. They fit her just perfectly and she said that they are super warm and very good for casual wear as well as for walking through some deeper snow. The rubber bottom keeps her feet dry if shes walking through some slushy puddles. She does have a narrower foot and said they fit great. If you are on the wider side for feet you might want to go up a half size.
Nice boot, runs small
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
I live in snow boots for several months each year. The quality of these boots seems very good, but they run small. I am *always* a size 8 ~ Keens, Vasques, Baffins, Merrils, etc. Ordered a size 8 in these; they were too tight and my toes were jammed up to the tip of the toe box. This was with thin socks on too ~ not thick winter socks. They were so small I'm not even sure a 8.5 would fit or if I'd need to go to a 9. Returning and not reordering unless I can actually get to a store to see what size I would take!
Finally a boot that keeps my feet warm!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I relocated to Alaska, and my feet are always cold. I wear these every day since it started snowing. Excellent traction on the ice and snow to and from work, which we have a lot! I purchased a size 8 and normally wear a 7.5 and it gives me plenty of room for the heat to circulate. Love the faux fur as I can easily slip in and out of them. I recieve so many compliments on them, by both guys and girls. Guys ask me where I purchased them so they can get them for their wives. I also bought the Shellista II mid boot, and although I love the look, I find its just not as warm. Product of the length, faux fur, and sizing up makes a significant difference. Next stop is Scandanavia next year which these are definitely going with me!
Does this boot run true to size? I am usually an 8.5 so what size do you recommend I buy? THANKS!
