    Solve your weather issues.

Having problems with the weather? Go ahead and fix them with The North Face Resolve Women's Parka. This lightweight, straightforward, and waterproof rain shell is fit for the city or trail, and it's made of tough nylon that's laminated to a HyVent 2L waterproof and breathable membrane and finished with fully taped seams for serious waterproofing when you're walking down damp streets or hiking soggy peaks. The hood stows away into the collar when you don't need it, and the adjustable hem cinch and cuffs seal all your gaps to make sure you don't fall victim to the more insidious forms of moisture.

    Cut very small

    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'4"
    • Weight: 147lbs

I ordered a Medium, which I thought would give me room for a sweatshirt-this is the same size as my other jackets/coats. I can BARELY zip it! It’s cut small in the arms and chest and fits very different than other styles.

    Nice light weight jacket

    • Size Bought: XXl
    • Height: 5'3"
    • Weight: 150lbs

It is a nice light weight jacket, great for layering. Has nice hood to keep rain out. It's long, which is perfect if you are wearing a cardigan or longer sweater. Only problem is the Velcro placement, it does tend to stick to clothing.

    great jacket!

    • Size Bought: med
    • Height: 5'5"
    • Weight: 155lbs

just arrived in the mail. so i happy i ordered this one. been looking for a go to rain jacket with hood for an upcoming european river cruise. this fits the bill. like that there is a bit of length, but not too long, has a cinched waist in the back for a nice shape, a hood and nice weight to it. didn't want too thin or too light or too heavy. needed to be able to pack it and layer with changes in weather. it will do all of that. perfect long-term purchase. runs true to size and i usually size up and was concerned i would need to as it is a nf for a woman and i wanted to be able to layer, but it's roomy without being frumpy or shapeless. runs true to size.

Cute Style, but a Little Heavy.

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 5'7"
    • Weight: 135lbs

I ended up returning this jacket as it was a little heavier than I was looking for, however it is a great style and a cute jacket if you are looking for a raincoat with a mesh lining and simple but flattering style. The material feels great and the jacket appeared to be well constructed. I ended up purchasing the Venture 2 as it was lighter and offered underarm zippers for ventilation which is needed in the South Eastern US in the summer months. I did really like this jacket and would consider purchasing this in the future if I am in the market for a mesh lined rain coat.

Not Fit for "Hiking Soggy Peaks"

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Large
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 150lbs

This jacket does not hold up to the claims of "serious waterproofing." I wore it on a rainy four day hike and was drenched to my base layer within an hour every day. It's stylish and adequate for light rain, but not a jacket I would deem trail worthy. I'm disappointed that a trusted brand would advertise this jacket as waterproof.

Perfect for any season, any weather

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 5'2"
    • Weight: 110lbs

This jacket is great for wind, light rain, or heavy rain! I got the yellow polka dot jacket, which doesn't show up much in photos but it's a cute subtle touch that adds character to this jacket. It also has a waist cinch in the back that makes the jacket more form fitting and keeps the wind from coming up the jacket. I'm 5'2" and the jacket covers my butt, I't s a great length if you're not wanting something too long or too short.

Perfect for any season, any weather

Green Taupe is a beautiful color. Jacket is well constructed, sizing in the one I received is way off. I usually wear a large with room to spare. I could hardly get this jacket on. Even the arms and wrist were too tight. I had to return it. I am sure that it is mismarked.
