ThermoBall Traction Mule V Bootie

Until you wore The North Face ThermoBall Traction Mule V Bootie, you didn't understand the appeal of lounging or leisure wear. Now, this water-resistant, insulated bootie has you considering brushed velvet leisure suits and shiny nylon track suits to wear around the campfire. The recycled ripstop upper resists water so you won't get out of dish duty, but at least the Thermoball insulation will warm your foot while you dip dinner plates into the lake for a quick rinse. The die-cut rubber soles gives you traction on wet or slick surfaces, and won't shred your tent floor. Whether you're sitting around a campfire or your kitchen table on a Sunday morning, warm and happy feet are a beautiful thing.

Love my mules.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife said no, she didn't like the color. I love them.

They can go everywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these shoes to go rock climbing outdoors in Austin, Texas. They were excellent. They withstood the terrain of a tough hike along rocky paths and my foot never came out and my ankle never rolled. These can go anywhere. And they look extremely stylish.

Definitely a winner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves these for after snowboarding, and just for kicking around. They're warm, and comfortable. The only thing that would make them better, is offering them in 1/2 sizes, as well!

Seems really made of great quality. They have a bright color, are comfortable, suitable for 3 seasons and very well designed. You can really forget to take it off and find yourself in the street for how comfortable they are.

Too tight on my instep, might be perfect for most folks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these - the color is great, thickness and softness of the fabric seems perfect, sole is just firm yet just pliant enough, and seam connecting the tread to the body seems durable and looks good. Sadly, my foot is apparently higher than average just below my ankle, so I couldn't comfortably put these on or wear them; they pressed down uncomfortably on my instep, and there is no way to adjust the tightness there. I returned these in exchange for the Traction Booties, which I've not yet received but am hopeful about.

Warm

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Very warm, comfortable for indoors / outdoors and grippy. Not breathable, but I guess that is why its so warm. Soles are fairly thin and don't have any real contouring for your foot. If you are looking for something that is more of an all day indoor/outdoor wear, these don't quite fit the bill, but for slippers, these are a great option and I wear mine almost constantly indoors

Heaven for your feet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mules were a last minute add for our Antarctica expedition, but hands down the single best item we purchased for our trip! My husband and I both bought a pair for the boat, as closed toed shoes were required. His yellow pair received so much attention and compliments! Not only were the furry insides warm and cozy, but they were the absolute perfect footwear choice following the 50K race we ran. We're both in love with these mules!
