Can't beat em'

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

The 2L Gore-tex material is impossible to beat. They run true to size but would recommend sizing up for warmth. Love that the gauntlet keeps snow out of my sleeves when ripping under slow signs.

Euro-carvers worry no more.

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

These run a bit small for starters, but i'm also an in-betweener. Regardless, the 2L shell is super waterproof and will not leak through. On top of that, the gauntlet is really nice and covers your jackets cuff really well with drawstrings on the end. I looked far and wide for the right glove to keep snow out and for a reasonable price these are the ones.

Small for size, not a true mitten

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

My fire service gloves are medium and fit well. These are much smaller, and not a mitten. It's a glove with a shell cover, No chance getting these on if your hands are wet. Low price is now obvious.

Good for the price

Not the warmest and most durable but these mittens will keep you warm in less than harsh weather.

These are NOT mittens

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

If you want a real mitten with free finger motion do NOT buy these. These are gloves that look like mittens! Very disappointed in TNF for redesigned the Montana mitt in this fashion. There was also NO notice in the description or title that these are hybrid mitts. Because each finger has its own covering (like a glove!) you have absolutely no finger freedom in these. Also, each finger is attached to the inner shell so you cannot fist your hand inside of them. What a shame!

NOT A REAL MITTEN

Nice for the Price

Familiarity:

Warm gloves, good price, fit small, not super durable. I took them out a few times and the thumb has a bit of wear on it already.

Is the "gore tex insert" like a wearable inner glove?
