Shoulder straps too big for women.
I love everything about this pack. All the innovations work well: super-light frame and fabric, functional load lifters, quick tug-open main compartment, gorgeous colors. But those shoulder straps are too fat, stiff and wide for women. They're men's straps on a women's pack. Not comfortable. Certainly didn't work for me, or my guiding clients who tried it on. Such a small pack does not need such heavy-duty shoulder straps. The load is carried on the hips, not the shoulders. The shoulder straps are (or should be) for balance, for centering, for keeping the pack in place on one's back, not for suspending the weight. TNF: please update this pack with female-specific shoulder straps (lighter, thinner, softer), and it'll be one of the best daypacks ever.
