This headband is not good at all....

It was quite obvious when I received this headband that it was not built well. Apparently quality control at north face is quite terrible. The headband is asymmetrical! It is double sided, but on half of the headband their is a strip of color from the opposite side. This makes it look quite terrible as it is only a section of the headband and not all the way around. Also, the tag is stitched on in the worst place possible: right in the middle of the headband. It is a thick paper tag so it must be removed as it is literally right in the center. Why??? The only way to remove the tag completely is to cut the stitching. No matter how careful you are it leaves a visible spot where the stitching is messed up. They literally stitched the tag into the headband stitching as opposed to just stitching it on separately. When stretched the spot is extra noticeable. Overall, this is quite possible the worst thought out headband I have ever seen. I would expect much more from a company that supposedly makes high quality items. Also, for $25 it is even a worse deal, as I don't think it is even worth 5 dollars. I expected more from North Face and will probably not purchase any items from them in the future for fear that they will be so poorly made. I'm not sure how there are 2 positive reviews for this item. It must be people who work for north face because it really is a terribly made headband. I would not ever recommend to anyone and I am very disappointed with the product.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size

Wife needed something to cover her ears while she sold brews at our local minor league baseball games. She was satisfied the couple of games she had to use it for in the early spring. Covers both ears fully and basically completely around her head.
