Preferable to your birthday suit.
Jogging through the park in your birthday suit will probably land you behind bars, unless you live in a nudist colony where such activities are actually promoted. Either way, you'll probably have to cover up on you next run, which is where The North Face Women's Better Than Naked Shirt comes into play. This ultra-light, breathable shirt is the next best thing to wearing nothing at all while you're running and exercising outdoors.
FlashDry fabric pulls moisture off your body for rapid cooling while you're working up a sweat. Body mapped ventilation circulates air to prevent overheating in hot, sticky weather. Stitch-free construction promotes the "barely there" feel you're seeking, so you can concentrate on improving your performance instead of running from the cops in the nude.

I wanted to like this shirt but was disappointed with the quality. The shirt is incredibly lightweight which is nice but it is not at all durable. It got a loose thread that quickly turned into a whole just from wearing my backpack with this shirt on.
The back design is a cute little peek a boo when you're not moving, but as soon as you lift your arms at all, the slit turns into an awkward whole that leaves the shirt looking like I cut it myself.
Also didnt really like the feel of this shirt, personally. I was thinking it would feel like a cool synthetic type of material but it just reminded me of those super thick, cottony paper towels that my grandma always bought for her house.
I wore this shirt to Bryce Canyon and will continue to wear it as a workout shirt, but dont think i'll be wearing it for any more adventures as it cant handle anything coming into contact with it.
