A great investment for short trips

Gave this bag to my husband for Father's Day and he loves it. It's large enough to pack for a weekend trip, but also a great partner to his wheeled carry-on when he needs to travel for a few days. The color and shape look smart enough to use as a computer bag when going to meetings, but it's sturdy and waterproof for travel as well. Very happy!

Perfect bag

Just used it on an out of state trip. Can easily fit a laptop larger than 16 inches (I have an asus m16 laptop). Perfect for long weekend travels, I would buy another if I could.

Perfect bag!

This is the perfect sized bag for short trips. I easily backed a week's worth of clothes. It barely fit under the seat in front of me on light flight too. Great for also being able to bring work stuff.

Super HEAVY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclaimer: this review is based on the max capacity load for travel purposes. This backpack can be reviewed as Every Day Carry if stuffed lightly and even though this is not a great backpack for EDC. However. I am 6' and 190lb. CONS: 1. Heavy. even lightly stuffed it is not convenient to carry especially if the plan to carry it all day long. 2. non ergonomic shoulder straps. If shoulder straps would be ergonomic it could compensate the weight of backpack when it is stuffed. Not sure if waist strap would be needed if the shoulder straps would be ergonomic. Removable one wouldn't hurt to be in place though. 3. That bottom of the backpack is not waterproof. The backpack stayed vertically in the trunk where leakage happened from cooler. Sadly the whole interior absorbed water and as a result half of the clothes got wet and internal fleece area of bottom external pocket got heavily wet. on photo trying to dry it out. 4. Laptop compartment is not clamshell 5. Internal mesh pocket could be more functional if split horizontally into 2 compartments. PROS: 1. Durable 2. Capacity- i was able to pack 7 days of summer cloth, slippers and 2 laptops: 17" screen and 14" screen into laptop compartment although it took some effort to take them out having backpack unpacked 3. Front organisational top pocket - exceptional 4. Side pockets are deep and tight. Because this back pack is already heavy with or without stuff - ability to add something like 32oz bottle doesn't make sense. Therefore pockets are good for 16oz water bottle, umbrella or rain jacket. 5. YKK Zippers are solid and smooth 6. ok as personal bag on domestic and international flights 7. Stand-Up design indeed works I would recommend this backpack if it wouldn't be that heavy having such non ergonomic shoulder straps.

Amazing bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the bag for school, I have a 16in laptop that fits super easy with a lot of leftover room, I also have space for my gym stuff as well. Only needs larger water bottle holders. 9/10 recommended.

Carry-on Backpack perfect for 10 day trip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not wanting to pay baggage fees on trip to Portugal, I opted to use this carry-on backpack which comes in just under the maximum bag dimensions for carry on luggage. It's very comfortable, has well padded straps/back, and has lots of pockets/compartments. I used this and a smaller day pack for my 10 day trip to Portugal. Didn't have to check it, pay extra fees. I highly recommend this backpack!

I love the quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag. Would be perfect for carry on for plane so don't have to check a bag. Light weight, color is amazing. You can get a lot more in this pack than you think!
