The newly redesigned taper of the Clouser makes the rod powerful enough to cast weighted lines and wind-resistant flies, yet still delicate enough to protect your leader from thrashing reds and ripping rainbows. As importantly, the components on the Clouser are highly versatile, with a machined aluminum reel seat that will tolerate saltwater environments and durable snake guides that are composed of chromium impregnated stainless steel. Each handle is made from Flor-grade cork and has burled accent rings, giving the rod a rich and recognizable look.
