    House Slipper

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love my Ember Mocs, they really are like sleeping bags for your feet are are probably my most-worn shoe. I mostly wear them around the house or for quick errands nearby. The heel is flexible and convertible, so you could wear as a moccasin, or step-down the heel for a slip-on. I usually wear a 6.5-7 in shoes, and ordered the 7 which fit great, especially when wearing thick socks in cooler weather.

    Great Camp Shoe!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love these shoes for wearing around camp & when I need to run outside quickly at home. The sole is sturdy enough to be worn outside & they are easy to slip on & off. I have a very high arch & did size up a full size in order to be slip-ons.

Love these so much I'm back for round 2

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've owned another pair of the Ember Mocs and absolutely love them. They're cozy, warm, unique style and I get compliments on them anytime i wear them out. Which brings my to my favorite part of these. They're cozy enough to wear as slippers when you're feeling a little frosty, but the sole resembles newbalance classic sneaks, and makes them perfect for wearing to the dog park or dive bar.

    lounging shoes

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Super comfy! not technical by any means, but a great shoe/slipper for walking around the house, or just hanging around anywhere really. I bought these for camping mostly because i wanted a slipper, but something that was an actual shoe too. I can't wait to bring them down south this spring!

    A bit heavy

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I ordered these and the North Face Thermoball Traction Mule Booties to use as the only other shoe to take backpacking for camp use. These are great for camping use but substantially heavier ( 9.0 vs 7.5 oz per shoe). For that reason, I’m returning the Tevas.

    Inside... Outside... no problem

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

These are pretty cool slippers as far as I can tell. Very stout sole on the bottom of these guys so taking them out of the house is no problem at all. Grab the paper, take out the trash, get the mail... no sweat. Seem to be warm and comfortable. You can also flit the heel down to make it a true 'slip on'.

    Runs wider than Teva boots

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

These are cute slippers and probably a great choice for folks with wide feet. I wanted them for camping slippers, and I think they would be great for that because of the durable soles and outer lining. I love my Teva De La Vina boots and Lace Up boots, which I wear in a size 10 (my normal size). These slippers slipped off my feet and were too wide. Also, while I am happy with Backcountry customer service in general and also happy about the return policy, these slippers arrived with someone else's dirty New Balance insoles inside of them, which I found pretty gross. I'm returning them.

Had to get myself a pair!

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

When my brother showed me these, I was definitely skeptical. I thought they looked kind of funky, but thought I would buy them to test them out! And I was happily surprised that I loved them!
They are definitely a hybrid shoe though, I imagine they'll be super nice for camping and wearing around the house during fall/winter months. And honestly, I will probably wear them to work and stuff.

they aren't the softest insoles, but they are comfortable and the fabric keeps your feet nice and warm. The backheel is also super nice because they can just slip right on your foot or you can have them over your heel. I LOVE THEM. Definitely recommend to people #teamteva for the win!

Also for sizing. I usually wear a 7.5. I think they run true to size, so that means if you're a whole size, you're in luck! I bought a 8 and they are *slightly* loose, but I don't mind it -- especially if I'm wearing some nice thick socks. Also, the band is a little tight on the top of your foot, so if you have a super high instep it might not fit perfectly for you. (I have the flattest feet in the world).

Like sleeping bags for your feet.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These shoes are the perfect in-between of slippers and shoes. They are cozy and comfortable, with just enough insulation to keep you toasty on frosty winter mornings.
My only gripe isn't with Teva, but rather that many people had mentioned these running small, so I sized up and wish I hadn't. They don't run small, they run true to size, and I wish I'd ordered the next size down.

    Comfy and convenient

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These Teva slips are a great everyday shoe. They fit slightly big but put some thick socks on and your set. I like em the more I wear em.

    Super comfy!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've loved these shoes since I put them on! They are perfect for doing chores around the house, dog walks, going to work, and after skiing kicks. I love the collapsible back so I can just slip them on!

    Business meets Comfort

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The first day i wore these shoes to the office, almost every person had a positive remark to share about them. "these are by far the coolest shoes in the building". They are cute, comfy and draw a crowd.
They are slightly large due to the slipper nature of the shoe. The foot bed is accurate to size, but the width is a bit on the wide side. They are warm, and the grip becomes a little better after one use.

    Teva Ember Moc

These shoes are great. They are like sleeping bags for your feet. I bought them as a camping slipper or a wear around the house shoe, but have found myself taking my dog for walks in them, or throwing them on when i run to the store.

      My favorite shoe ever.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: 6
      • Height: 5'7"
      • Weight: 115lbs

I am wearing these plushy sleeping bag shoes as I write this review and have nothing but great things to say about them. Super comfortable and easy to slip on (I love that you can step down on the heel to make them slip-ons), plus they're fun and unique and make me happy every time I look down at my feet! I usually wear a size 6.5 and I got a 6 because I heard they ran big and the 6 is perfect. These are the perfect for post-ski, post-bike, camp, lounge, work, maybe even a casual wedding? I love them.

Teva Ember Moc Shoe for the Win

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: 7

This shoe is super versatile, comfy, and unique. I bought it as a camp slipper, but realized it will work perfectly as an apres ski shoe too. I love that it has a flexible heel material so you can wear them all-the-way-on or as slide-ons. I am also happy with the weight of the shoes; they are VERY lightweight which makes them easy to bring along when traveling (nobody likes to walk around barefoot on filthy hotel carpets, am I right?) I would highly recommend these shoes and other Teva brand products to a friend.

They fit slightly large, but that's okay because it leaves room for socks. So if you're on the fence between sizes, consider sizing down.
