Diameter too Big??

Maybe it's just on me missing something but my tire says its 700 x 32, the Teravail tube I got says that it's 700 x 28-35, and yet the diameter of the tube is way too big. There's no way that I can use this. If I'm missing something on my end I'd love to retract this one star rating, but as it stands now I can't give anything else but one star.

One of the nicer tubes I've used

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'm one of those people who pinch pennies where it doesn't matter, so most of the tubes I use are of the "it's mostly round" variety. For the extra pennies, I've gotta say these are definitely above what I typically use. Might just keep spending the tiny bit extra for the uniformity, if nothing else.
