    Details

    Built for breaking a sweat.

Designed to stretch between your handlebar and the seatpin, the Tacx Sweat Cover catches lives up to its name by catching your sweat before it has a chance to damage your bike when indoor training. And when you train hard, the amount of sweat that you perspire in a very short amount of time can be downright torrential. Which is why Tacx made sure to use a fabric that's incredibly absorbent to hold off heavy perspiration from corroding the headset and stem area.

    • Highly-absorbent cover for bike protection when training indoors
    • Material absorbs high amounts of sweat with ease
    • Stretches between handlebar and seat pin for crucial protection
    • Item #TAC001T

Does exactly what you want it to do

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This will do a great job of catching sweat and keeping it out of your headset bearings and off of your top tube. I ride a 59 cm frame and it's a tight fit which would be my only complaint. Just a little longer would be nice. I realize that frame size is towards the large end of things though.

There are actually 3 options ...

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

In Tommy's review below, he gives the options as "buy a sweat cover, or destroy your bearings" ... there is a third option, namely draping an old towel over your handlebars, stem, and headset.

This is less obtrusive than the third option however, and gives you more places to put your hands on the bars.

On the other hand, you still need a rag or a towel to wipe the sweat off your face and out of your eyes every so often as well.
