Trail Fender

While we carry many fond memories of mud-splattered smiles on early-season trail days, there's something about sandy-grit in your pearly whites that's far less than appealing. That's why we're all about the Syncros Trail Fender. This front-mount fender will keep your money-maker mud-free when you miscalculate how much rain fell last night, and are met with intermittent mud puddles through your descent, thanks to its large, impact-resistant composite shield catching splashes before they can make their way to you. It bolts directly to either FOX 34 or FOX 36 forks with Boost spacing with two included screws, giving you secure, rattle-free coverage that can be easily removed without cutting away old zip ties, so it can be used again on your next ride.

  • A bolt-on shield for your fork
  • Impact-resistant composite catches mud and splashes
  • Ideal for keeping your pearly-whites mud free
  • Mounts with 2 bolts directly to FOX 34 and 36 forks
  • Compatible with BOOST spacing only

Screws to short to attach

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it
Fit:
Runs small

Got very frustrating as I tried to mount it. Screws not long enough on orange one to attach to fox 34 boost. Also it is very short. There are better options out there for a few more bucks. Ended up with RRP bolt on progaurd and am very pleased with the length to protect frame and stanchions

only comes in boost, but can be shaved

Familiarity:

Fit:
True to size

I like the material, nice blend of rigidity and compliance, and I was able to widdle mine down with a razor to fit my non-boost fork. Crazy there is not much on the market other than these for bolt-on fenders in non-boost forks. With this mudguard, dont expect ample protection but it does do the job; wish this came in something other than 🍊. Update: I am getting the black one now while theyre here, same price as dying the orange one. Fair warning, this fender is a butte and very enduro, but it leaves the bottom of your stanchions and dust wipers exposed; especially to sticky, loose debris (like gravel) under grippy tires like my Maxxis Minon DHR2s.

Bolt-on, but smaller coverage

I got this to replace my mucky nuts fender. I appreciate that it bolts onto my fox 34. However, it doesn't cover the stanchions as well from dirt/mud. It is still effective at keeping stuff out of your face. It's also bright orange and matches my frame accents.

Nothing Better!

What took them so long, and why didn't Fox create these? The world will never know, and what art those threads for if not a fender?

Does the job well

Two bolts right into your 34 or 36 and this looks like it was made to fit from Fox. Not too big, but does the job and makes your enduro or trail bike look great

This is my 4th one!!!

I have these on all of my bikes now. If you have a 36 get the trail version it has a nice integration to the crown. I highly recommend.

My new Go-To Fender`

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've been using the plastic zip-tie fenders for years, and while this one is not perfect, I still prefer it. I love how it attaches with two little screws and helps prevent dirt from gettinb clogged into the backside of the brace. I love the low profile and that it doesn't look like a piece of jenky plastic I zip-tied to my bike. I'm a little bummed that it doesn't provide a little more protection for the fork seals.

Best fork fender out there

Familiarity:

If you have your heart set on the black version of this fender the 34sc version will work with a standard 34/36...worst case you may have to trim a little off the sides if the clearance is too tight. The top orange one is for a standard 34/36. The black one under the orange fender is the 34 SC. if you look closely you see a little extra black plastic sticking out of the sides of the fender...That is the only difference between the 2.

So the SC34 model will give a hair more coverage near the stancions on a 34 factory boost?

Syncros did a great job making these fenders. They fit the Fox Fork great and are much more stylish than the other plane Jane fenders out there.

Great price for a sweet fender that doesn't make your bike look clunky or odd. Easy to install and keeps everything looking good!

Nice.

Good low profile fender that mounts using the holes behind the arch of Fox forks. Using it on a 34 and the fit is fantastic. Tried it on a 32 and it looks like it will work here too. Might not have quite the coverage of some other fenders out there, but it's plenty adequate for the riding in Utah,

Will this mount neatly to a Marzocchi Bomber Z1 boost fork? I read that the lowers on the z1 are essentially the same as the Fox Rhythm 36, so I'm curious if this will mount nicely on my Bomber fork.

Has anyone test these on 2018+ Fox 36 non-boost forks?

Hey Kenneth! This fender will only work with boost forks.

Any chance of getting these in black?

Andre, Syncros can't make these fast enough right now! Plenty more on order, should be arriving in the first half of October.
