Got a defective model

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I recived a defective model, which broke after a month, but the replacement works perfectly. Original Review: I have had it for a month, and it's already broken. It no longer pushes any air when pumping. Even before it broke, there was a lot of friction when pumping. I hope I just got a defective product because I really like the look of the pump. (Edit) I was able to get it working by taking it apart and putting it back together, but after another week or so, the issue returned. Unfortunately, I cannot fix it this time.
