I have the hyper color cold fingers and toes syndrome which I have learned is referred to as "Raynaud's syndrome" and these mittens keep my fingers warmer than any other glove/mitten I have tried. I almost always use the zipper vent pocket for hand warmers if I'm planning on doing any outdoor winter activities but better to have warmed and near sweating hands than numb fingersicles. The mittens are not too thick therefore allowing quality hand articulation and better circulation. The leather palm is comfortable and grips well, including a touch screen compatible thumb which somewhat works if absolutely necessary to use the phone or camera with the mittens on.
