Give that Lycra race suit of yours a little rest.

Made for training or mellow days on the nordic track, the Swix Men's Geilo is a 3-layer soft shell pant with plenty of stretch and mobility for your glide. The soft shell fabric fends off moisture thanks to the Hydra-Vent membrane, and with Lycra paneling, you'll feel as much at home in these as you do in your Lycra racing suit. Reflective details keep you visible during low light conditions, and 2 hand pockets keep a few snacks handy for those longer tours.

    Great pants

    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: M
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 176lbs

The fit is excellent on these and the sizing is pretty much on target according to the waist sizing. I got the M and have a 34.5 waist. With pants that stretch like these , there is always some leeway. I think what made my decision though was the length which Swix states 33"and a 33.5 in L. They fit me perfectly and I'm 32" inseam. With respect to quality, they have a hardy wind impervious but stretchable front with with a lighter weight posterior ( which still keeps the cold wind out) with zippers on the legs that go all the way to the knees. They fit fairly close, but not as snug as a tight and feel substantial. They were replacing an old pair of universal Swix pants . I can't imagine people not liking these for X-country skiing, running , exercising or lounging around after a long day on the hill. Really nice pant plain and simple.
