I learned how to ski last season, and I heard all the warnings of boot pain. At the end of last season, the warnings proved true and I found myself with a lot of fatigue and soreness in my feet after a long day or skiing. It got to a point where it was difficult for me to focus on my form because my feet were so uncomfortable. This season I am experiencing less fatigue but noticing more discomfort on my arch - I have collapsed arches and my feet pronate a lot. I was worried I'd have to get my boots punched, but I decided to try out some new footbeds first. I am so glad I did! Not only are these more supportive, but they alter the structure of my feet so that they do not pronate as severely, and as a result I do not notice any discomfort/rubbing on my arch anymore. The footbeds fill up some space in the boot as well, which is good for someone with low volume feet. As for the warmth factor, I didn't really notice much of a difference. But I definitely recommend these for anyone who needs more support in their boots and has low volume feet/flat arches! I will never go back to factory footbeds again.

Longer boot life

I got these for my girlfriend who’s boots were starting to feel blown out. She loves them and their thickness has added a new life into her liners.

A little thick for most shoes

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
Runs large

I bought these thinking they'd fit into my boots, normal day-to-day shoes, and my running shoes, but some how (sinec they're a bit thick in the back area) they only really fit into my running shoes. They offer amazing support if you have the right shoes for the job, but i would recommend putting them in your shoes to try them out before cutting them down to size, just to make sure they're exactly what you want. They offer the half sized insoles, and those things can go into any shoes whatsoever.
