Silent giants looming at the end of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Marin Headlands stand like guardians to the entrance of the only protected body of water for hundreds of miles in either direction. And just like the mariners that would take refuge in this hilly peninsula long ago, the wayfarer-inspired Sunski Polarized Headland Sunglasses are here to provide protection from the elements for your eyes as you explore the wind- and wave-battered coast. Polarized polycarbonate lenses give you exceptionally glare-free vision when the sun is shining brightly, and an included microfiber carrying case wipes down any grime that's sure to accumulate during your adventures before safely storing them away.

Stylin and profilin

True to size

Love em. Fit well, light weight, and I just did a 40 mile road ride in them. The polarized lenses are legitimate. They actually stayed in place and didn’t fog up at all, unlike my cycling specific glasses. My special lady friend digs them too, so I’m going to have to buy another pair to share.

Great view

I am pleased. They look great, fit well enough on a slightly broader nose than average, and seem to be of solid construction. There is a flaw. The lens on one side was not cut exactly right, and this leaves a bit of bending in that lens. I don’t like that, but it’s not bad enough for me to send them back. Aside from that, I would recommend them. I love the frame and lens colors.

Durable

These are excellent quality for the price. I am pretty hard on sunglasses, so I have been pleased at how the frames have held up to abuse.

A Fine Pair Of Shades

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'm gonna echo everyone else's sentiments and say that these are a solid pair of sunglasses. Great polarized lenses for the price, and pretty stylish as well. The bridge is a bit small however, so if you have a wider face or larger nose you might find it a bit uncomfortable.

Good for the price

good fit, light and the lens is nice on your eyes. In my experience be careful with sunskis as the lens scratches easier than some higher priced brands.

Inexpensive Polarized Sunglasses

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I wear these sunglasses for all of my outdoor activities - running, rock climbing, ice climbing, hiking, etc. For the price, you won't find a better pair of polarized sunglasses. They have that classic shape that seems to look good on all faces. Plus I love the mirrored lenses! One thing to note is that the lenses do scratch easily. I think this is just a mirrored-lens issue, because my super expensive Maui Jim sunglasses did the exact same thing. Luckily these are so cheap, you can just buy a new pair. I believe Sunski also sells replacement lenses for these as well. The vision quality is sub-par compared other more expensive brands like Oakely or Maui Jim. But for the price of these glasses, it is totally worth it. Here is a picture of me wearing them in the grey/lime color.

Great value for the money

Familiarity:

These look pretty much the same than an Oakley pair I got a few months ago, for half the price! The main difference from what I can tell will be the durability. The Oakley's plastic feels a little bit more sturdy / heavy than the Sunski. But still, these are great shades at a great price! This is the third pair I buy from Sunski and so far I have no complains.

Solid Shades at a Reasonable Price!

Do you lose sunglasses often? Did your puppy destroy your expensive polarized ones? Me too :( Thankfully I came across these and decided to give them a shot in case it happens again. They look good, fit well, and come with the comfort of mind that they were about $100 less than comparable sunglasses!

Tough Love, Tough Sunglasses

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I'm ashamed to admit how rough I am on sunglasses, not matter how hard I try to take care of them, but these sunglasses have stood up to everything I've put them through. They have officially survived a whole summer with me, which is quite a feat. At such an affordable price, they are surprisingly durable and stylish, and the polarized lenses are better than I anticipated

The Price Is Right

"Polarized sunnies for $47.95? YEAH RIGHT! They probably aren't that dope." Is what I said about the Sunski Headland Polarized Sunglasses before I bought them. "Woah, those are nice sunnies, where'd you get them, I want some." Is what my friends now say when they see me looking cool all up and down the Carolina Coast. I love how they look, I've had no problems with their quality, and I sleep easily knowing I can buy replacement lenses WHENEVER I want for $12. Perfect sunglasses for the river!

My dog tends to chew on my sunglasses whenever he can so having affordable options is really nice. Good value.

Affordable Polarization

Familiarity:

Couldn't say no to these when I saw the price! The frame fits my medium sized head well, the lenses provide great coverage, and everything looks crisp and clear through them. The frame is plastic and made in China except for the hinges themselves which are metal. The grey/lime looks pretty much exactly like the picture on the site. Comes with a micro fiber cloth bag too!

Great sunglasses!

I love my sunglasses and love this brand. I’ve had two pairs over the years and only got the second to just add to my choices to wear. They are lightweight and fairly indestructible as I tend to sit on, scratch, drop, or otherwise drip every pair before these. I keep doing that but these take the abuse and keep going strong. I have a round face and they fit it very well. If I ever find myself needing another pair this will be my go-to brand.

Great shades for the price.

Familiarity:

These Headland Sunglasses by Sunski are some of the nicest you'll find in the sub $50 category, considering they look great, feel like they'll last a long time, and filter out excessive glare with the polarized lens. I've been wearing them for everyday commutes and casual hikes in the foothills here in Salt Lake. So far, they've been an excellent choice and I really dig the classic styling and mirrored blue lens of the Black/Blue model.

Bang for your Buck

If you want a good pair of sunglasses but don't want to break the bank when you will most likely loose or break them within 6 months then this is the way to go. Good quality, polarized, and relatively inexpensive. These are the way to go

Love em

These are my second pair because I lost my first. Lighter lenses are great for lots of different weather situations. Some light transmits through the frames which bothered me at first but I don’t notice it anymore.

If you're like me, and lose or break sunglasses almost monthly, these are the best bang for you buck! On my second pair already, and I was very sad when I lost the previous pair - might as well buy 2 pairs at a time. At this price, you don't even have to hesitate.

My husband bought these, he says: "These are great fitting for a medium to small face. I have used them for running, hiking, skiing and mountain biking and they stay on my face during all activities, no slipping. The lens is great for medium to bright light conditions. 2 issues: when wearing them in bright light there is a very visible green flair in the lenses and the frames are opaque, not solid so some light can be noticed coming through the frame. All things considered I still love them."

Light, Inexpensive, Quality

Familiarity:

Living in Oregon I tend to lose my sunglasses when we go months without a sunny day and I misplace them. Bought some less expensive sunglasses until I earn my own trust again. These ones are very light but don't feel cheap and the lenses seem high quality. Happy with my choice.

After losing too many pairs of sunglasses I decided to try these out, and I am glad that I did. They are super lightweight, have a great lens, and an awesome warranty. Very pleased with my purchase.
