Fit for a guy with short skinny arms

Got this for my husband who is typically a medium. The fit is good on his torso, but the arms are skinny and short. It?s passable when hanging arms at one?s side, but is way too restrictive for movement. If you have athletic arms and shoulders, this won?t work for you. If you?re more of an urban skinny hipster type, maybe this is perfect? The colors and striping look good, but we had to return it due to the dysfunctional fit.
