I figured out the strap! An ok cooler

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
True to size

So like several other people here I tried the strap the way the photos here said to. And like others here I had the strap pop off and whip me in the eye (ouch). But then we figured it out! Attach the strap to itself like in the photos (or flipped so it's gently camming) and it holds well. Absolutely ignore the photos in the product description. It's an ok cooler. It stays pretty cold and isn't that heavy, but the zipper could be better, the flap is weird at best, and the daisy chains are worthless. It was fine for a three night kayak trip (things were melted before the third night. It's good for the price but I wouldn't say it's great. We've upgraded to an icemule pro now.

Great cooler, terrible strap

Lets just get the negative out of the way right off the bat... the strap on this is terrible, pretty much useless. The way that it is supposed to attach is not well thought out at all and the thing won't stay on no matter what you do. Aside from that this cooler is great! Not a multi day cooler by any means but a great day cooler for a concert, picnic, or day at the lake. This will hold about 18 beers and a bag of ice no problem. Great for a day out and about in nature. I like the robust rope handles and the magnetic closure on the lid too.

So-so at best

Pretty disappointing for the money. While I realize it’s not intended to be a multi-day cooler, ice melted quickly in mild temperatures. When the ice melted, water poured out of the zipper with the slightest tip of the cooler. Most frustrating, though, was the strap. As other reviewers said, it doesn’t fit. I’d go so far to say it’s not even meant to fit. Mine snapped off unexpectedly and smacked me in the face. Very poor design. My advice it to put the money toward a cooler with a better design.

Hi Lesley, thank you for the comments, I will be reaching out via email!

Great product but for the strap

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

This is well built, and would be great for strapping down to a paddleboard, canoe or kayak, but if you were going to try and secure the straps to carry it you would find it frustrating. The strap/attachments are a good idea they are just too loose to be functional. To bad, great product otherwise.

Good value for price

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Appears to be well made, durable materials and high quality looking. We took this camping over the weekend and it was the perfect size for an over nighter. Minimal ice melt in weather with a temperature high of 60. Looking forward to using this more as a paddling cooler, it has lots attachment points to secure it to my paddleboard. Although I appreciate the hardware, the attachment of the shoulder strap needs to be done just so or it is not secure. Also not a cooler to keep ice frozen for days. Product was just what I was looking for and at the right price. Would highly recommend if you are not wanting to spend the $$$ that comes with buying a soft yeti cooler or equivalent.

What are the actual dimensions of this cooler, the stated dimensions seem like they can't possibly be right since they're 110 liters, and it seems unlikely that 3/4 of the cooler is padding
