Get creative with it.

The Sterling Minor Cord Mini Spool has thousands of practical uses for camping and backpacking, and it has an infinite amount of impractical uses for fun. Practical uses include tie-down straps, hanging your food to keep it from bears, stringing a clothes line, lashing your gear together, replacing snapped shoelaces, and crafting a makeshift dog leash. Impractical uses consist of building squirrel traps, tripwires, or a completely unreliable swing. Get creative with it—you have fifty feet of cord after all.

Better and more useful than sliced bread

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Sometimes. You can't eat it. Well maybe you can, but you probably shouldn't. There is an impressive quantity of cord here. So far, I've used it for zipper pull replacement, guy line, tie down loops and something else I can't quite remember right now. It feels good in the hand and ties readily. The blue is also very pretty. And there's A LOT of cord on the spool. 50' apparently. Well 50' is a lot of cord when you need 25, but not enough when you need a hundred, so there is that.
