Bound Loop Prusik

It's about time Sterling just made the Bound Loop Prusik so climbers didn't have to make their own out of 8mm cord. Sure it's fun to make your own prusik to add friction on slippery rappels, but the sewn loop construction keeps the Bound Loop ready at a moment's notice, and it's always nice to see this prusik on the back of the harness anytime you need to bail quickly.

I have another way to make a prusik...

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Height:
5' 3"
Weight:
125

One of my orders was just short to hit the free shipping amount, so I tossed this into my cart. I have cordage and I have dynex runners, but what the heck: if I have a dedicated prusik, then it frees up the previous gear for other practical climbing idiosyncrasy: backing up everything else. Moral of the story, it has worked well for what I have used it for: backing up an extended rappel or making a haul system with a progress capture.
