With years of experience under his belt, Monsieur Chamberlain has crafted the Stepchild Simon Chamberlain Pro Model Snowboard to meet his demands for park and rail missions, backcountry freeriding, and high-profile park contests. That's right, one precise but playful board for the gamut of shred disciplines. This is made possible through impact-resistant Armadillo reinforcement plates to stand up to the jib life, the responsive yet pressy Kicker III core, and a rocker profile to float pow and do Simon presses on everything.

- Reverse camber in every sense of the word, like the bottom of a rocking chair—designed to ride park, jibs, and powdah!
- Armadillo Plate reinforcement places a diamond-shaped extra layer of fiberglass around the inserts to avoid blowouts without changing the board's flex pattern
- True Twin shape delivers even flex, sidecut and stance for a fun, freestyle feel
- Kicker III core places lightweight poplar through the middle of the board and resilient beech along the edges and inserts for reinforcement
- Snag-Free base is made without joints or die-cut graphics (which can slow a board down) and then is pressed with a temperature-control system to harden the base for added durability
