Legacy Quadvac Thermal Bottle - 2qt

I have yet to test the advertised keeps hot duration but it at least last 12 hours which is more than enough for me. I made coffee the night before on a camping trip at 8 PM and the coffee was still hot the next morning. I look forward to testing the heat retention capabilities in cold of February which is my next scheduled camp out.

It's good but it only keeps my coffee hot for about 6 hours

Built like a tank but

This bottle is built like a tank and does an excellent job of keeping my water cold. My biggest gripe is that the radius for the container is extremely narrow. I only have access to square ice cubs and if they are too big they will not fit (I have to melt them). Kinda a pain if you're in a rush to fill the container. If you have an ice maker that makes the long and narrow type ice you're ok. Not really sure what the point of the black belt the wraps around the bottle?

Great quality bottle.

Amazing. Exactly what you'd expect. I fill it up with hot water before I leave in the morning and have hot water all day for beverages and cleaning. If you're out camping/hiking/whatever and you don't have a fire or heater, just a couple cups of hot beverage can make you feel at home anywhere. I like that it's a half-gallon and I know I have more than enough for a day or two!

This big thermos is the Best carafe ever to keep my pot of coffee close at hand!

What can I say, everything was well constructed and aesthetically pleasing. A good balance of form and function. I use it daily at work and home.

Finally a HOT Thermos That Works

It works. It works well. Carried this on the outside of my pack exposed to freezing temp during the PA Deer season this year. Mid afternoon you get a HOT cup of coffee.

Quality and performance

Works great! Very pleased with the look and feel of this product. I poured boiling liquid in it and it was still 142 degrees after 21 hours. Recommend this product for anyone wanting a high quality thermos to keep the hot hot and the cold cold!

Great Thermos!!

I took my Legacy QuadVac on a 3 day field exercise. It kept my coffee piping hot through day one and part of day 2, and hot enough to enjoy through day 3! Could not be more satisfied with a product so far!!
