Husband loved this, great whality
Really nice! My husband had an original one from the 60s that was his dad’s. It lasted until recently and he needed a new one. He loved it and the thermos is great. Fast shipping and good price.

Enjoyed the use.
Does not stay cool as advertised but a good item. The handle broke and I cannot get a replacement which defeats the purpose of compatibility. There has to be a replacement handle somewhere in the US.

Short lived!
I bought this lunch box and thermos set about 4 months ago. It worked great until one day I opened my truck door my lunch box fell and the handle broke off. This was the only time that it fell (3 foot drop). I'm assuming that it must of been because of the thermos was full of sweet tea.

Plastic brakes @ hinge.
Handle broke @ hinge. I can't use it without the handle. This is the 2nd one I’ve owned. Replaced the 1st one (hand me down) because hinge broke. So I’ve been extra careful with new one I received in July. Loved the capacity. Very disappointed with quality of moving part. Basic design needs an upgrade.

Good overall product, the thermos is always reliable. The cooler looses cool quicker than expected. And the handle snapped off when I hit it against a pole, while I recognize this is my fault maybe using plastic pieces to hold a moving functioning handle is bad design but if taken care of the box functions well.

Great Product.
Great product. Second lunch box. The first one was a gift.. and the handle finally gave way after 7 years.

Best cooler thermos combo ever
Amazing how much I love this cooler and thermos combo. Perfect durability and price. Stanley does it right like the classic Stanley durability of old that I enjoyed with my dad growing up in the cub scouts and Boy Scouts.

Poor quality.
Owned a little over a year and the quality is very disappointing. The handle doesn’t actually lock into place, it just clicks into a notch when upright. After a few months it began to get loose and opens accidentally when walking. I started just carrying the thermos in my backpack for that reason. Now when walking into work the plastic handle snapped in two. I didn’t even have a heavy lunch and there wasn’t the weight of a full thermos. Cheap plastic simply gave out. Handle should have a metallic core or something, and there should be a physical latching button to rotate the handle.
